State Police in Wappinger received a complaint of lewd acts committed by Louis Carrasquillo, while operating as “Jollyman,” a transportation service.
An investigation found he was rubbing his genitalia, and making sexual comments to a passenger, police said.
The 52-year-old Carrasquillo, of Wappingers Falls, was arrested on Wednesday, June 20 and charged him with public lewdness. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the city of Beacon Court on July 11.
